Phil began his waterborne career as a sailor in the North East of England. From dinghies to ‘J’class through monohulls to the latest catamarans, Phil has worked on and with most styles of yacht.

A degree in sports psychology and wide life experience working with influential owners and international corporations, provide Phil with a balanced and logical approach to business. Added to seven years of life aboard catamarans in the Caribbean bring a great appreciation of these yachts, the business of operation and the beauty of the waters sailed in. Since stepping ashore, Phil has established himself within the catamaran world as a respected, trusted and diligent professional.
