Each yacht will have its own maintenance account, which will be used to pay the crew, the running costs and the management fee. Upon purchasing your share, you will be asked to place funds into this account which will be sufficient to operate the yacht for one year. At the end of each year, financial summaries will be issued along with a requirement to return the fund to its original level. You only pay for what is used. |
