INTELLIGENT OWNERSHIP
Investing in a fractional ownership programme is an innovative and intelligent method of yachting ownership. With Synergy Yachting Partnerships, access to the finest luxury cruising catamarans is now an affordable option. A select group will be invited to share each yacht and we will endeavour to match compatible owners. This helps ensure an owner group with integrity and mutual trust.
The yachts are owned by the group and operated by Synergy. You will, of course, be presented with the company's accounts on a regular basis and Synergy will operate a policy of transparency, keeping the owners aware of all values, running costs, charges and fees throughout the program. Each owner is committed to providing funds to a maintenance account on a annual basis. This account covers the costs of managing and keeping the yacht and the crew. Details are specific to each yacht and are available upon request.
Synergy Yachting Partnerships will administer the ownership program, maintenance and yacht itineraries, leaving you to enjoy your time aboard.
